Climate Action Innovation Zone 2025

The Climate Action Coalition was delighted to host members at the Climate Action Innovation Zone during COP30. The Coalition also celebrated the publication of its first report – co-chaired by The Rt Hon Chris Skidmore and former UNFCCC Executive Secretary Ambassador Patricia Espinosa – focused on countering climate misinformation. The report highlights 30 case studies from diverse countries and communities, illustrating practical efforts already underway to advance the global energy transition.

Members further participated in a dedicated roundtable to reflect on how COP30 could accelerate progress and help rebuild a strong political consensus for long-term climate action. The discussion emphasized the need for renewed collaboration and shared strategies to drive a just and enduring energy transition worldwide.
